On July 11, 2008, in the Conference Hall of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan there was held an official presentation of the guides «Development Partner Profiles 2008-2009» and «Foreign Aid Report – 2007».
The presentation was attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministers, Heads of diplomatic representations of foreign countries and international organizations.
The guides «Development Partner Profiles» and «Foreign Aid Report» are published on the annual basis under information support of Development Partners.
«Development Partner Profiles 2008-2009» and «Foreign Aid Report – 2007» are the sixth edition of the guides prepared within the framework of the UNDP Technical Assistance Project «Support to Nationally Coordinate and Manage Aid».
The participants of the presentation were welcomed by the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Farrukh Khamraliev and the UNDP Resident Representative in Tajikistan Mr. Michael Jones.
The welcoming speech was followed by the presentation of the guides made by the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Farrukh Khamraliev. He informed the participants on the goals and tasks of the guides, their content and key points. The speech by the SCI Chairman was accompanied by slides show made in Power Point.

On August 24, 2010 the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Davlatali Saidov had a meeting with the UN Development Programme Country Director, Mr. Rastislav Vrbensky and UNDP Consultant, Ms. Doreen Wilson. In the meeting issues of support and assistance provided by the UN Development Programme to the government sector were discussed. |
