Welcome to the official web site of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management (SCISPM) of the Republic of Tajikistan, which focuses on the foreign aid coordination.
This site reflects one of the SCISPM activities in attracting, coordinating and monitoring of the aid provided by the international community for the development of the Republic of Tajikistan. Nowadays the SCISPM has established close partnership relations with approximately 80 international organizations providing external assistance to the country.
On November 2, 2009 the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Development Partners signed a Joint Country Partnership Strategy for 2010 – 2012 (JCPS). The signing of this paper confirms the partners’ commitment to assist in the implementation of priority goals indicated in the National Development Strategy for 2006 - 2015 and the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper.
In our web site you could get familiar with Tajikistan’s external aid inflow data. The site information is oriented to a wide audience of users, including public bodies, international organizations, local executive bodies, non-governmental organizations, civil society representatives and beneficiaries themselves.
We do hope that the information posted in the web site would be of practical interest to all users and would assist to increase the transparency of the aid attraction and utilization process, its targeted and effective use, growth of volumes of the international community assistance aimed at supporting reforms and development of Tajikistan economy. Annual Information Directory “Development Partner Profiles” |
|
“Development Partner Profiles” directory is a short review of the activities of international organizations providing assistance and support to Tajikistan. It contains profiles of international organizations, information about their past and present programs as well as the areas of their future activities. The purpose of the directory is to raise awareness of all acting and potential participants of the process of foreign aid provision to Tajikistan on the specific character and the activity areas of each Development Partner, taking into account their specialization in different regional and sector projects. Annual “Foreign Aid Report” |
|
Foreign Aid Report provides for more information on the activities of all Development Partners and foreign aid provided to Tajikistan and also provides for an opportunity to improve coordination of the activity of all participants of the process of attracting and using foreign aid. The purpose of this report is to raise awareness of Government structures, international community and public of the real situation in the process of foreign aid provision to Tajikistan and to provide actual data on each project (agreement), which is being implemented in the Republic using the attracted foreign aid. The information for each project in particular includes details on sources and amounts of assistance, sectors and regions of projects, allocation of funds by expenditure categories, information on project implementation status and disbursed amounts. Database of Aid Coordination and Project Monitoring System (ACPMS) |
|
To improve coordination and analysis of foreign aid use efficiency, under the Technical Assistance of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) there was created and is being used the Database of Aid Coordination and Project Monitoring System (ACPMS Database). It contains and updates all information on foreign aid provided by international organizations including their obligations and disbursements, status of their projects implementation, amount of assistance allocated by sectors and regions and the related information. The ACPMS is replenished with information received from donors and international organizations, ministries and agencies, as well as other participants of the process of attracting and using foreign aid in Tajikistan. Tajikistan Foreign Aid Map
To provide a descriptive presentation of the information on geographical distribution of foreign aid projects Tajikistan Foreign Aid Map was developed under the technical assistance of the UNDP Project, which enables to analyze the situation with distribution of the foreign aid by regions of the republic.
The Map menu contains four sections - Map by regions, Map by sources of financing, Map by partners, and "Alignment with PRS".
Information on aid is provided in the form of overview list of projects or diagrams reflecting aid structure by sectors and regions. On each project one may get corresponding Form which gives detail information about project objectives, tasks, implementation status, key project indicators, and its alignment with PRS. The 4th High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness was held on November 29-December 1 in Busan (Republic of Korea) on which heads of governments and developing and developed countries' representatives, heads of multilateral and bilateral organizations, representatives of different non-governmental, private, inter-parliamentary, local and regional organizations have participated.

Dushanbe (August 30th, 2011) State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan in cooperation with the Development Coordination Council has organized a National Workshop "Partnership for Development of Tajikistan" devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, which took place on August 30th this year in the conference hall “Kohi Vahdat”. |

On the 10th of February 2011

The Development Forum of Tajikistan within the framework of National Development Council of Tajikistan was held on 3-4 December of this year to discuss the most critical economic and social issues of the country, which was attended by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the representatives of non-government organizations and Tajikistan’s development partners. About 200 participants from relevant ministries and departments of the country, representatives from more than 20 countries and 19 international organizations took part in this event. |

On August 24, 2010 the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Davlatali Saidov had a meeting with the UN Development Programme Country Director, Mr. Rastislav Vrbensky and UNDP Consultant, Ms. Doreen Wilson.
